The Mezcal Paloma is a modern evolution, emerging during the early 21st‑century craft‑cocktail renaissance as bartenders began using mezcal to add smoky depth to classic Mexican drinks.

Ingredients
- 45 ml of LE Tribute Mezcal.
- 90 ml of LE Tribute Pink Grapefruit.
- 15 ml of fresh Lime Juice.
- 7 ml of Agave Syrup (optional).
- Salt of Tajín (for the rim).
- Grapefruit wheel or wedge for garnish.
Preparation
- Moisten the rim of your glass with a grapefruit wedge and dip in salt or Tajín.
- Combine the Mezcal, the Lime Juice and the Agave Syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Strain the mix over ice into the prepared glass.
- Top with LE Tribute Pink Grapefruit and stir gently.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wheel.
