The Naked & Famous is one of the iconic serves of the cocktail renaissance, and one that
takes mezcal out of its comfort zone. We decided to double down on this inspiration and go one step further. The earthy notes of the mezcal are amplified by a beetroot infusion that’s vaporized on the drink’s surface, giving a beautiful visual effect.
Up to the consumer if they want to mix the beetroot infused mezcal with the rest
of the drink or let it float.

Ingred
ients
· 30 ml LE TRIBUTE Mezcal
· 30 ml Aperol
· 30 ml Yellow Chartreuse
· 30 ml fresh lime juice
· 10 ml simple syrup
· 1 barspoon LE TRIBUTE Mezcal infused with beetroot*
· Garnish: NO
Preparation
1. Shake all ingredients except beetroot-infused mezcal in ice-filled shaker.
2. Serve straight up in cocktail coupette and float a barspoon of LE TRIBUTE mezcal infused with beetroot. Give consumer a small spoon on the side, to allow them to mix the float with the rest of the drink if they so desire.
*LE TRIBUTE Mezcal infused with beetroot:
Macerate 500g of quartered raw beetroot in 200ml of LE TRIBUTE Mezcal for 48h at room temperature. Strain, bottle and store cold to protect from rapid oxidation.
