We combine different varieties of fresh ginger to give the liquid a soft and sweet character.
Lemongrass
Our ginger ale contains natural lemongrass flavoring, providing it with a unique flavor that is ideal for highlighting the aromatic notes of whiskey, bourbon, rum, and tequila.
Spring water
We use water extracted from a spring within our own distillery, which is then filtered through a reverse osmosis process until it becomes demineralized and flavorless.
How do we create it?
Boiling the ginger
We use a specific method of boiling the ginger to convert the ginger molecules into zingerone, which provides ginger with its sweetness and freshness.
Fizz
Strong and long-lasting thanks to the liquid being chilled to 2ºC before bottling, thus achieving a cocktail with the perfect level of fizziness and freshness from beginning to end.
Mixing options
Highball non alcoholic
1 bottle Le Tribute Ginger Ale
Garnishes:
5 to 8 mint leaves
2 pieces of fresh finger
2 wedges of lime
Serve in tall glass filled with ice and garnish.
Highball with gin
1 bottle Le Tribute Ginger Ale
50 ml Le Tribute Gin
Garnishes:
5 basil Leaves
1 lemon peel
Serve in tall glass filled with ice and garnish.
Highball with Mezcal
1 bottle Le Tribute Ginger Ale
50 ml Le Tribute Mezcal
10 ml honey syrup*
Garnishes:
2 pieces of fresh finger
2 wedges of lime
Serve in tall glass filled with ice, stir briefly and garnish.
*Honey Syrup
Stir equal parts of honey and water until the whole mixture is homogeneous.
Bottle and keep cold to avoid fermentation.
Highball with aged rum
Le Tribute Ginger Ale with Aged Rum
1 bottle Le Tribute Ginger Ale
50 ml aged rum
10 ml chai masala Syrup*
Garnish: orange peel
Serve in tall glass filled with ice, stir briefly and garnish.
*Cold brew 40g of chai masala in 500ml of water. Infusion time - 24h. Strain
and mix with 500g of white sugar. Stir until all sugar is dissolved. Bottle and
store in a cool place.
