Ginger from India
We use an extraction method of cold percolation to treat the ginger and preserve its properties and flavors as much as possible, with a touch of heat at the right moment to capture that spicy note.
Spring water
We extract the water from a spring in our own distillery through a process of reverse osmosis, which guarantees the highest level of purity.
How do we create it?
Boiling the ginger
The gingerol molecules are converted into shogaol through a specific boiling process, which provides the characteristic spicy flavor.
Fizz
The smooth and long-lasting fizz is created by gentle and integrated carbonization, and by the liquid being chilled to 2ºC before being bottled.
Mixing options
Mule #1 The Short One
The original Moscow Mule gets the Le Tribute treatment, with mezcal instead
of vodka. Of course, Le Tribute Ginger Beer stars. We added some fresh ginger
to highlight even more the ginger-ness of the Mule and add a savory touch
with a few sprigs of cilantro.
30 ml Le Tribute Ginger Beer
50 ml Le Tribute Mezcal
Juice of half a lime
1 piece of fresh ginger
16 grams white sugar
Garnish: 5-7 sprigs of cilantro
Shake lightly all ingredients except ginger beer in ice filled shaker. Pour
everything, ice included, in rocks glass, and fill with Le Tribute Ginger Beer.
Garnish.
Mule #2 The Middle One
Following a similar format, but with a more soft result: our second Mule stars
the fresh citrusy Le Tribute Gin. The Ginger Beer is still there and basil leaves
act as a bridge between the various flavors. This version is built long. It packs
less of a punch than #1 but is equally delightful.
50 ml Le Tribute Ginger Beer
40 ml Le Tribute Gin
30 ml fresh lime juice
12 grams white sugar
Garnish: 5 basil leaves
Shake all ingredients except ginger beer in ice filled shaker. Serve in ice filled
short collins glass, and fill with Le Tribute Ginger Beer. Garnish.
Mule #3 The Long One
Back to mezcal for a classic Mule made long. Instead of a heavy spice-kick we
go for subtlety for people who enjoy their mule so much they want it to last.
70 ml Le Tribute Ginger Beer
40 ml Le Tribute Mezcal
30 ml fresh lime juice
16 grams white sugar
Garnishes:
2 thin lime wheels
1 fresh ginger piece
Shake all ingredients except ginger beer in ice filled shaker. Serve in ice filled
tall collins glass, and fill with Le Tribute Ginger Beer. Garnish.
Mule #4 The Non Alc One
The non-alcoholic version: fresh ginger, lime, a touch of honey and ginger beer.
Add cilantro or basil, depending on consumer’s preference.
1 bottle Le Tribute Ginger Beer
40 ml fresh lime juice
20 ml honey syrup*
8 grams white sugar
Garnish: 5 leaves of basil OR 7 sprigs of cilantro
Shake all ingredients except ginger beer in ice filled shaker. Serve in ice filled
collins glass, and fill with Le Tribute Ginger Beer. Garnish with aromatic herb of
your choice.
*Honey Syrup
Stir equal parts of honey and water until the whole mixture is homogeneous.
Bottle and keep cold to avoid fermentation.
Exotic soul
We use ginger from India to prepare our Ginger Beer. Because an exotic drink deserves exotic ginger.
Spicy heart
We apply a specific boiling process to obtain shogaol, a molecule that provides the characteristic spicy flavor that makes you tingle.
Fresh body
Thanks to gentle and integrated carbonization and by chilling the liquid to 2ºC before bottling, we create a smooth, fresh and long-lasting fizz.
