Ingred

- 60 ml of LE Tribute Gin.
- 10 ml of Dry Vermouth
- 1 dash of Sherry Vinegar.
- 45 ml of LE Tribute Olive Lemonade
- Garnish: Lemon twist + Aragon olive (empeltre).
Preparation
- Chill a Martini glass in te freezer for 5-10 mins.
- Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir for 20-30 seconds until cold and slightly diluted.
- Fine-strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with 1-3 on a skewer.
